The Scarsdale Diet Plan has All Your Favorite Foods!

The Scarsdale Diet plan allowed me to eat wonderful and delicious foods that I wouldn't have ever imagined would be allowed on any diet that exists. This is because the recipe database contains excellent low carbohydrate options to some of our favorite foods that will allow your metabolism to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. One of the best recipes offered was the chicken pot pie with all the vegetables, gravy, and the crust. It was so delicious that my mouth just waters thinking about it. From experience with other diets, there was no fathomable solution or replacement for such a wonderful meal. I use this photograph very often to show people how dramatic of a weight loss that I had while following the Scarsdale Diet plan. I will never forget the fat rolls that I had along with the depression, acne, and drained to low energy. My body completely converted itself into an excellent fat burning machine (as the diet tells you that it will). My metabolism was burning more calories, my clothes fit wonderfully, and I have vibrant energy today that I have not felt since I was a teenager.

I think most difficult part of the Scarsdale Diet was actually the first couple of days when you have to give up some of the junk that you have always eaten. However, the hope is greatly restored when you start to make some of the recipes that are in abundance and you taste how wonderful and rich they are. The amazing recipes were delicious and mouthwatering. I found the Scarsdale Diet to fit my needs in ways that no other diet has even come close to.

After the first psychological separation from all the junk food, I realized that all along eating healthy and nutritious foods was simply a choice. The switch was outstanding and I was able to consume foods such as chocolate shakes, raw apple pie, strawberry pie and other wonderful treats that had just as wonderful flavor as what is traditionally known for these foods to taste like. This is why I believe this to be "the" diet, rather than just another diet.

Every doctor will agree that eating more fruits, veggies, and keeping fats and unhealthy preservatives out of your diet will improve your health. I can't emphasize just what I felt after 2 days on the Scarsdale Diet. I no longer felt like myself, but then, I realized, I did feel like myself but 20 years younger! As the wonderful vitamins and the nutrient packed recipes were absorbed into my body, my pounds started to shed and my energy levels spiked. It have me positive motivation about life!
