The Scarsdale Diet will teach you some fabulous ways to substitute normally unhealthy food into highly nutritious food that will help your body. When you are eating these healthy foods, you will feel so much healthier overall and you will watch your weight on the scale drop. Your waistline will slim and you will shed so many pounds on the Scarsdale Diet plan. I can't emphasize and recommend this diet enough and I hope that everybody will have the courage to actually give this plan a try despite so many diets that make false promises. This is a complete lifestyle change, and I hope that everybody will consider trying it. This photo is an example of what you can actually eat on the Scarsdale Diet. This is called raw apple pie, and I think it tastes so much better than even cooked apple pie. It's sweet, the crust is delicious, and it is very low calorie, very low carbohydrate, and packed full of many vitamins. With a tremendous amount of protein contained in the succulent nut based crust and the nutrient dense filling drizzled with a rich sugary syrup taste, this recipe which is contained in the Scarsdale Diet plan is an absolute blessing! |
The photo on the right side is of a user of the Scarsdale Diet plan. You can see the tremendously wonderful results by this woman who pursued and was determined to lose her pregnancy weight. She was out of control and felt unhealthy every day when she woke up. She had a lot of pain issues in her body and also had some acne problems that did not show up in this photo. The overall feeling that she said that she had every day was of sluggishness and fatigue. It gave her a bad attitude and it negatively impacted her life. She said she knew that she had to make a change and is absolutely grateful she found the Scarsdale Diet plan. I thank her for submitting this photograph of her results. The result of her success speaks for itself. Though she claims to still have some weight to lose (I don't think so!), you can tell a dramatic change in her health, appearance, skin tone, and body.
