Avoiding Certain Foods on the Scarsdale Diet

I was really addicted to junk food, pizza, and fast food before I began my wonderful weight loss on the Scarsdale Diet plan. I remember the times when I would nearly be drooling waiting for the pizza delivery guy and even digging in the fast food bag to scarf down fries on the way home because could not wait to eat. When I started the diet I was really in a vexing paradigm because I was able to substitute this junk food for really healthy nutritious food and lose weight at the same time. The ironic thing is, the healthy food actually tasted better!

 

You can see what junk food like Pizza did to me. I was really bulging at the seams here. I promise you that in my refrigerator, there was probably a few left over slices and a few other things from fast food restaurants. When I started the Scarsdale Diet, it really helped me substitute all these terrible junk foods that were causing me to be fat. You must avoid certain foods on the Scarsdale Diet. The food substitutions were absolutely delicious and I could literally feel the nutrition go through my body rather than just being tired. Pictures speak for themselves, and you can see that the Scarsdale Diet really works!
